據《ESPN》記者Shams Charania與Tim Bontemps報導，塞爾提克助理總經理Austin Ainge將前往猶他爵士隊，擔任球隊新的籃球營運總裁。

Austin Ainge將與自己的父親Danny Ainge一同共事，後者爸爸目前是爵士隊的執行長，並曾於2003至2021年期間擔任塞爾提克長期的總管。

Austin Ainge是塞爾提克資深成員，2009年擔任球隊發展聯盟附屬隊「緬因紅爪」的首任總教練，2011年轉任球隊球員人事總監，近六季則擔任助理總經理。

爵士隊本季戰績僅為17勝65敗，在總教練Will Hardy執教下重建，目前擁有2025年NBA選秀會的第5順位。
