近日南蘇丹籃協公布了奧運25人的大名單，其中可見過去T1聯盟球隊臺中太陽的洋將Nuni Omot，Thon Maker、Makur Maker兄弟檔以外，而太陽隊球員Bol Bol也出現在大名單中。
而除了上述幾人外，先前曾代表南蘇丹出戰2023年世界盃的G聯盟MVP Carlik Jones、Wenyen Gabriel以及2025屆樂透區人選Khaman Malauch、黃蜂球員JT Thor皆出現在名單中。
本屆奧運是Bol Bol是他第一次為國家出戰FIBA賽事，而他的父親、NBA名宿Manute Bol過去也曾多次為南蘇丹做出貢獻，相信這對Bol Bol而言是相當意義非凡的決定。
