根據ESPN記者Adrian Wojnarowski報導，NBA宣布將給予前馬刺隊球員Josh Primo四場禁賽，理由是不恰當的行為，Primo在一年之前剛開季沒多久，被馬刺隊直接裁掉。
The NBA is suspending free agent guard Josh Primo for four games for what it will term as "conduct detrimental," sources tell ESPN. The Spurs waived Primo a year ago.

且消息人士告訴Woj，有人據稱Primo多次暴露自己給女性看，Primo會在有新球隊簽下他時，四場禁賽才會開始執行。

NBA調查發現Primo有做出暴露自己給女生，算是不洽當、攻擊的行為，Primo表示自己行為非故意的，後續聯盟調查也沒有找到證據發現他這些短暫的行為，是有關性場合或是不好的舉動。
NBA probe found Primo "engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to women. Primo maintains that his conduct was not intentional, and the league did not find evidence that he engaged in any sexual or other misconduct apart from these brief exposures."

Primo在2021年首輪第12順位被馬刺隊選中，當時引發不小質疑，後續在馬刺期間表現平平，兩季下來出賽54場，繳出5.9分、2.3籃板。
