夏洛特黃蜂隊的年輕球員Kai Jones在最近的 IG 直播後引起了不小的轟動。Jones留著綠色的浮誇髮型，他錄下了自己對著鏡頭語無倫次，這引發了球迷們對他潛在藥物濫用的擔憂。

有球迷們認為Jones在精神狀況恍惚的狀況下直播，很有可能會像Ja Morant那樣惹上麻煩，不過Jones自信的說：「如果我接到電話（被交易），我會直接說掰，但我是不覺得這會發生啦。」

有不少球迷呼籲聯盟明早藥檢他，如果Jones使用的是大麻，他可能不會有麻煩，因為NBA已經把大麻排除在藥物管理的清單外，但若是他真的有濫用藥物的行為，他很有可能會面臨禁賽或罰款的懲罰。
