根據NBA記者Michael Scotto報導，籃網已經表達了對得到暴龍前鋒Pascal Siakam、OG Anunoby的興趣，而暴龍也持續關注著籃網前鋒Nic Claxton。

暴龍有興趣透過交易得到Nic Claxton。早在上賽季交易截止日前，暴龍就已經向籃網報價首輪籤，試圖獲得Claxton，並且至今他們一直在關注著他。而據報導所示，籃網隊的Ben Simmons與幾個首輪籤也在與暴龍的交易對話中被討論到。

Pascal Siakam本賽季出賽45場，場均可攻下24.7分、7.9籃板、6.2助攻。
