湖人與溜馬將於今日早上11:30進行例行賽，溜馬隊新秀Bennedict Mathurin在賽前接受採訪時被問及先前對LeBron James的言論，因為他先前曾表示LeBron James需要在他面前證明他有多強。

針對此問題Bennedict Mathurin回應道:「我認為LeBron是這項運動的最佳球員，人們可能誤解了我想說的話。我剛剛進入這個聯盟，我肯定不會說有人比我更優秀啊，那是我自信的表現。」

Bennedict Mathurin賽季至今上場19場，場均可拿下18.8分、3.8籃板、1.8助攻。
