勇士隊總管Bob Meyers於近日接受媒體採訪，而被問到Andre Iguodala是否續戰下一季時，Bob Meyers表示他們仍在等待他做出是否退役的決定。

Bob Meyers於採訪說道：「目前距離訓練營開啟就還剩下幾天，這是我們第一次健康地進入訓練營。我們仍在等待Andre Iguodala做出是否退役的決定，他有權做出自己的決定。我們真的很希望他回歸，而他在休賽季期間也在訓練館中訓練。」

Bob Meyers也於採訪中說道：「我們管理層的目標是，我們是否可以被視作是一個競爭者？」
