金州勇士隊準備迎戰休士頓火箭隊的季後賽首輪系列賽，勇士隨隊記者發表的評論引發熱議。

據《95.7 The Game》節目《Crossover》報導，主持人Mark Willard在談及火箭隊時表示：「他們（火箭）不會投籃，但他們身材高大、運動能力強……就像擁有一堆Jonathan Kuminga。」

Kuminga在勇士的角色卻備受爭議。他近期因教練Steve Kerr的戰術安排連續兩場未出賽，引發外界對其未來的猜測。Draymond Green則力挺Kuminga，堅信Kuminga能在對火箭的系列賽中扮演關鍵角色。
