昨日灰狼擊敗爵士，正式以西區第六名挺進季後賽，而賽後Rudy Gobert在採訪中談到隊友Anthony Edwards勢必會受到包夾或是換防，自己需要打出宰制力才能成為球隊爭取勝利的關鍵。
當被問及首輪季後賽對陣湖人的賽事中，自己在進攻端發揮的重要性問題時，Rudy Gobert在採訪中說道：
「我們知道很多球隊會對Anthony Edwards採取包夾或者進行換防。不管對手怎麼打，我都必須統治比賽。無論是保護籃板、做出正確的傳球選擇，還是在籃下高效終結，這些都會是我們取勝的關鍵。」
