今日獨行俠以133-129擊敗馬刺，終結了球隊目前的五連敗。 而賽後Klay Thompson在接受採訪中表示，自己還會在這支球隊兩個賽季，希望能幫助球隊重返2011年奪冠的榮耀。

Klay Thompson在採訪中說道：「我仍然相信這支球隊，我在這至少還有兩年，我很樂意幫助他們重返2011年的榮耀。」

獨行俠（原小牛）過去在2011年NBA總冠軍賽擊敗熱火奪下隊史首冠，而後續至今除去年再度殺入總冠軍賽外，皆未能奪下總冠軍。而本場比賽Klay Thompson全場14投8中，其中三分球8投3中，攻下26分、2籃板、3助攻。
