今日獨行俠與國王的比賽進行到第二節時，Daniel Gafford傷到了自己的右膝，隨後他痛苦地抱著自己的右膝，最終被攙扶回休息室進行治療。而隨後獨行俠官方也宣布，Daniel Gafford本場比賽將不會回歸。

獨行俠目前在禁區人手可說是捉襟見肘，除原先就因傷缺陣的Dereck Lively II、Dwight Powell，前一場比賽又各自傷了新援Anthony Davis與Daniel Gafford，同時PJ Washington今日也因腳踝傷勢缺陣，對獨行俠來說可說是相當嚴峻的情況。
